Governors
The Governing Body plays a vital role in supporting the school with its skills and knowledge.
The governors regularly monitor the curriculum and budget and take an active part in the life of the school. They work together with parents, children and the staff to form a cohesive team, which is a key feature of the schools success.“Governors keep an exceptionally close check on the schools work and hold it to account for its performance. They have a very astute understanding of its strengths and challenges as well as their own role” Ofsted 2007.
